PERMA ALCOX substitutes and eliminates Isopropyl Alcohol completely when used with our fountain solutions.It delivers optimum gloss and higher ink-densities along with optimum emulsification resulting in sharp and crisp printing at lower ink and water dials.It suits both continuous as well as alcolor alcohol dampening systems.

PERMA ALCOX substitutes and eliminates Isopropyl Alcohol overcoming the following disadvantages of Isopropyl Alcohol as mentioned hereunder :

1. 1.IPA requirement ranges from 10%-25% of the fountain solution used in the fountain tank thereby involving high cost factor.

3. 2.High vapour pressure of IPA leads to continuous evaporations in the environment reducing the alcohol content in the water systems demanding additional dose of IPA for reducing waste , thus more cost again encountered.

5. 3.Frequent replenishment of IPA is necessary in the fountain solution to keep the quality upgraded  and plates scum free , thus again the cost factor goes on accelerating.
